SVC can deliver data using any of these methods:

INTERNET FTP
Clients can connect to the SVC FTP server, or have SVC connect to the client’s FTP server to upload or download files. Clients that choose the option of connecting to our FTP server will also have the ability to download or upload files from our ‘Client Web’ page.

UNENCRYPTED INTERNET E-MAIL
SVC’s host will attach files to an E-mail and send the message to any Internet addresses specified using SMTP over the Internet. There is a file size limitation of 5 MB for this option.

Fully-Backed Delivery Systems

SVC maintains a fully-backed delivery system that ensures data delivery even under the most stressful environmental conditions.

SVC's computer facility is equipped with an uninterrupted power supply and back-up generator.
Continuous price feeds are received over numerous lines across various routes to ensure consistent receipt.
Dedicated lines are backed up by dial-up facilities as well as magnetic tape.
SVC subscribes to a disaster recovery service, providing hot-site back-up.
